Gilgit-Baltistan Educational Endowment Fund (GBEEF) Scholarship has uploaded the provisional general list of applicants. It has been observed that a majority of applicants have not uploaded the required documents as per prescribed requirements. All applicants must submit hard copies of required documents by 7th June 2026 to avoid exclusion from the upcoming merit list.

Important Notice for GBEEF Scholarship Applicants

  • Scholarship: Gilgit-Baltistan Educational Endowment Fund (GBEEF)
  • Status: Provisional general list of applicants uploaded
  • Issue: Most applicants have not uploaded required documents
  • Eligibility: Only students of Government Colleges/Universities within GB are eligible
  • Private Institutions: Students studying in private colleges/universities are NOT eligible and will be excluded
  • Deadline: 7th June 2026 - Submit hard copies of documents
  • Consequence: Applicants failing to submit documents by due date will be excluded from merit list

Required Documents for Intermediate-Level Students

  1. Eligibility Check: As per policy, only students of Government Colleges within territorial boundaries of Gilgit-Baltistan are eligible. Students from outside GB or private colleges will be excluded after verification.
  2. Academic Results: Attested copies of previous year/all semester results required from concerned college/university admission section.
  3. Fee Receipt: Attested copy of admission fee receipt required from concerned college/university admission section.
  4. Bank Account: Students whose bank accounts are not in their own name or father's name must provide details of bank account in their own name or father's name.
  5. IBAN Required: The bank account must be IBAN-enabled.

Required Documents for Undergraduate-Level Students

  1. Eligibility Check: As per policy, only students of Government Colleges/Universities are eligible. Students studying in private colleges/universities are NOT eligible and will be excluded from the list.
  2. Academic Results: Attested copies of previous year/all semester results required from concerned college/university admission section.
  3. Fee Receipt: Attested copy of admission fee receipt required from concerned college/university admission section.
  4. MBBS & Other Programs: Students admitted prior to 2025–26 session must submit attested copies of previous year/all semester results from concerned college/university admission section.
  5. Bank Account: Students whose bank accounts are not in their own name or father's name must provide details of bank account in their own name or father's name to this office.
  6. IBAN Required: The bank account must be IBAN-enabled.

Critical Instructions for All Applicants

  • Deadline: Submit hard copies of all required documents on or before 7th June 2026.
  • Exclusion: Applicants who fail to submit required documents by due date will be excluded from upcoming merit list.
  • 🏛️ Government Institutions Only: Private college/university students are not eligible as per GBEEF policy.
  • 📍 Territorial Limit: For Intermediate level, only students of Government Colleges within GB boundaries eligible.
  • 🏦 Bank Account Rules: Account must be in student's own name or father's name, and must be IBAN-enabled.
  • 📄 Attestation: All results and fee receipts must be attested from concerned college/university admission section.

About GBEEF Scholarship

The Gilgit-Baltistan Educational Endowment Fund (GBEEF) provides financial assistance to meritorious students from Gilgit-Baltistan studying in government institutions. The scholarship aims to support higher education for students from GB at Intermediate and Undergraduate levels in public sector colleges and universities.

Urgent Action Required: If your name is in the provisional list but you haven't uploaded documents, immediately prepare attested hard copies and submit to Gilgit or Skardu office before 7th June 2026. Private institution students should not submit documents as they are not eligible per policy.
