Important Notes & Eligibility Conditions

1. Last Date: Last date for submission of online application is 04 May 2026 at 1600 hours.

2. Academic Criteria: Only one 2nd division will be allowed in entire educational career, however, final degree must be 3.0 CGPA for Sr no 1 to 6 while 60% marks for Sr no 7 to 8. Moreover, no 3rd division in entire educational career is allowed.

3. Age Limit: Minimum age limit for above mentioned posts is 18 Years, whereas upper age limit is 35 years (Sr no 4 to 8). The cut-off date for calculation of age is the closing date for submission of applications. Upper age limit can be relaxed in case of specialized experience/qualification.

4. Contract Nature: Vacancies are purely temporary but likely to be continued for an indefinite period. Decision regarding appointment on Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) or Provident Fund (PF) basis will be communicated on finalization of selection process / respective policy.

5. Shortlisting: Compliance to selection criteria does not guarantee for short-listing. If large number of applicants fulfills selection criteria, only the most suitable candidates having higher grades in respective degree / relevant experience would be short-listed for written test.

6. Government Servants: Candidates already in Government service should apply Through Proper Channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview from their parent department so that if selected, they would be relieved accordingly.
