Role and Responsibilities of the Project Director

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Candidates applying for the Project Director position must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
    A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Economics, MPA, B.Sc, BS (4 years), or any related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Professional Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and implementation, especially in government-related development projects.
    Preference will be given to those with strong knowledge of Pakistan’s project planning and management standards.

  • Age Limit:
    Maximum 63 years at the time of appointment.

  • Technical Skills:
    Strong command of project management tools, computer applications, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) systems.
