General Instructions
The contract period will be initially for two years. It is extendable up to eight years. All security officials should be physically fit to perform security duties. Retired personnel from the Armed Forces of Pakistan are preferred. During the contract period either party i.e. NACTA and concerned security official would be liable to cancel contract after giving one-month notice period. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Candidates will be required to bring original documents and two sets of attested copies at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be allowed to appear in test/interview. Maximum age shall be calculated from the closing date of application submission. Finally selected candidates shall be offered contract appointment subject to security clearance and medical fitness certificate from relevant authorities.
