Available Positions

The following positions are open for application:

  1. Sr. Assistant Director Airworthiness (Aerospace / Avionics) (EG-02) (AED): Five (05) positions. Requires sixteen (16) years of education in any discipline, preferably Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with at least 2nd Division. Must hold Basic ANO-066 AML and have three (03) years of experience in Regular Passenger Transport Operator or AMO providing services to RPT Operators. Quota: Merit-05. Pay: Rs. 218,792/- approx per month (negotiable). Contract: Three (03) years, extendable. Age limit: 35 years (age relaxation as per Federal Government rules).

  2. Assistant Director Airworthiness (Aerospace) (EG-01): Two (02) positions. Requires a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with at least 2nd Division and valid PEC registration. Preferably hold Basic ANO-066 AML. Quota: Merit-02. Pay Scale: 56,280-5,630-168,880. Gross Salary: Rs. 197,396/- approx per month. Age limit: 28 years (age relaxation as per Federal Government rules).

Preferably hold Basic ANO-066 AML. Quota: Merit-02. Pay Scale: 56,280-5,630-168,880. Gross Salary: Rs. 197,396/- approx per month. Age limit: 28 years (age relaxation as per Federal Government rules).

Application Procedure

Interested candidates must follow these steps to apply:

  1. Fill and submit the Online Job Application Form available at www.pcaa.gov.pk within fifteen days from the date of this advertisement.
  2. Upload scanned copies of the required qualification certificate/degree and CNIC with the online application. Failure to upload these documents will result in application rejection.

Terms of Reference

  1. Incomplete applications or those not meeting requirements will not be considered.
  2. Tests/interviews will be conducted in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, with separate notices issued based on candidate numbers.
  3. Candidates must produce original documents for verification during the interview.
  4. No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview.
  5. Candidates applying for posts at S. No. 2 & 3 must execute a surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000/- for serving PCAA for at least 10 years. Age relaxation applies as per Federal Government rules.
  6. Regulatory Allowance will be provided after completing required formalities and approval.
  7. Appointment is subject to CAA’s medical fitness standards.
  8. Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per PCAA requirements.
  9. Government employees must submit an NOC from their current employer before the interview.
  10. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
  11. Misinformation or attempts to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification for current and future recruitments.
  12. If any provided documents are found to be incorrect, fake, or bogus, the selected candidate’s services will be terminated immediately.
