1. General Instructions:
- Eligibility is determined by FPSC’s policy on their website.

2. How to Apply:
- Submit applications online at the FPSC website.
- You can edit your application once before the deadline.
- Information in the online form is final; later claims will not be accepted.
- Check the FPSC website for syllabi and print your Admission Certificate for the test.
- No hardcopy or manual applications are accepted—only online submissions count.
3. Application Fee:
- BS-16 to 17: Rs. 300
- BS-18: Rs. 750
- BS-19: Rs. 1200
- BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500
- Deposit the fee at a government treasury or National Bank branch under “C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC.”
- Keep the original receipt (T.R) for the test/interview.
4. Age Relaxation:
- Maximum age may be relaxed as per government rules.

5. Shortlisting for Interview:
- Candidates are shortlisted as per FPSC policy and general instructions.
Documents Required from Candidates
- After the test, candidates on higher merit must submit attested copies of:
- Two photographs
- Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil, Ph.D. degrees
- CNIC
- Experience certificate (if needed)
- Domicile certificate
- Departmental Permission Certificate (for government servants)
- Original T.R (for non-test cases)
- Submit these within 15 days of notice from FPSC.
- If claiming equivalence for a degree, provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
- Experience from firms/organizations is valid if they are registered and provide reference numbers.
- Incomplete or late documents lead to rejection.
Eligibility

Admission Certificate
- Download your Admission Certificate for the test from the FPSC website.
- No separate SMS or post will be sent for test details—check the website regularly.
Conduct of Test
- Tests for Advt. No. 3/2025 begin from 29th September 2025 (tentative).
- Bring your original CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and Admission Certificate to the test.
- Without the original Treasury Receipt, entry is not allowed.
Change of Centre
- Change of exam centre is allowed only by online request at least one month before the exam.
Closing Date
- Last date to apply: Monday, 28th July 2025.
