3. Legal Assistant

  • Required Qualification: Minimum second division in BSCS/BSIT from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Domicile: Gilgit-Baltistan

General Terms and Conditions

All candidates applying for these positions must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Government Employees must apply through the proper channel and must attach a departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

  2. Shortlisting will be based strictly on eligibility criteria. Only those who qualify will be called for the written test.

  3. Submission of false, incomplete, or fake documents or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will result in disqualification. Legal action may also be initiated under relevant laws.

  4. The number of available posts is subject to change (increase or decrease) at the discretion of the competent authority.

  5. Age relaxation will be provided according to the government rules and recruitment policy.

  6. A specific quota is reserved for persons with disabilities, as per government policy.

  7. Online applications are mandatory. Interested applicants must submit their applications via the Gilgit-Baltistan Testing Service (GBTS) within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

  8. Applications submitted by hand, courier, or email will not be accepted. Only online submissions through the GBTS platform will be considered valid.

  9. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the written test or interview.
