All candidates appearing for the test interviews are required to bring their original educational certificates, computerized national identity card (CNIC), experience certificates, and domicile. It is mandatory that the test interviews will be conducted only in the respective districts where the vacancies are available, and they will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.

However, for candidates from Shigar District, the test interviews will be held at the district office of the Directorate of Tourism and Culture Gilgit-Baltistan in Skardu. Similarly, candidates from Kharmang District will have their test interviews conducted at the district office of the Directorate of Tourism and Culture Gilgit-Baltistan in Ghanche at the designated time and date.
