Mr. Mehmood Kamal Afandi, Deputy Advocate General, assisted by Mr. Tufail Ahmed L.A (Education Department), appeared for the petitioners. Dozens of respondents appeared in court on their own accord without formal notice in reference to their transfer application. They raised objections to my person and stated that it would be appropriate for this bench not to hear the petition. Since the respondents have expressed a lack of confidence, I deem it appropriate not to sit on this matter. The petition will be put before the Hon'ble Chief Judge for an appropriate order.
