Department of Local Government and Rural Development (Public Notice)

Under the Gilgit-Baltistan Local Council Board, the written tests, interviews, driving tests, technical tests, and physical examinations for the vacant positions of District Manager Operations (DMO), Sanitary Supervisor, Sanitary Operator, Sanitary Workers, and Workshop Mechanic in the Baltistan Division will be conducted as per the following schedule:

1. Written Test for DMO (SPS-07)

• Date: 22nd July 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Boys Degree College, Skardu
• Districts: Kharmang, Shigar

2. Written Test for Sanitary Supervisor (SPS-06)

• Date: 23rd July 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Boys Degree College, Skardu

Driving Test

• Date: 23rd July 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM for Skardu and Shigar Supervisors
• Time: 12:00 PM for Kharmang and Shigar Supervisors
• Venue: Boys Degree College, Skardu

Technical Test and Physical Examination for Sanitary Operator (SPS-05)

• Physical Examination Date: 3rd August 2024

• Physical Examination Date: 7th August 2024

District Shigar

• Technical Test Date: 11th August 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Boys Model School, Shigar
• Physical Examination Date: 13th August 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM

District Skardu

• Technical Test Date: 16th August 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Boys Degree College, Skardu
• Physical Examination Date: 18th August 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: Boys Degree College, Skardu

Terms and Conditions:

1. All candidates appearing for the examination must bring their original CNIC and registration slip.
2. No candidate will be allowed to enter the test venue after the scheduled time.
3. It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones or electronic devices during the written examination.
4. Only those candidates who pass the written test will be called for the interview.
5. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
