Charge Nurses Required
Applications are invited for the following gazetted posts on a contract basis in Federal General Hospital, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation & Coordination. The requisite qualification and experience for the position are as follows:
1. Position: Charge Nurse
Basic Scale: BS-16
Number of Posts: 24
Quota Allocation:
- Merit: 2
- Punjab: 12
- Sindh (Rural): 3
- Sindh (Urban): 2
- KPK: 2
- Balochistan: 1
- Gilgit Baltistan / FATA: 1
Qualification and Experience:
- Education:
- 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification from a College/University/Institute recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)
- OR
- 03 years Diploma in General Nursing
- AND
- 01-year Diploma in Midwifery, for female candidates, or 01-year course in Nursing related field in lieu of Midwifery, for male candidates, from an Institute recognized by PNC
- Registration: Valid registration with PNC
- Education:
Age Limit: 22-30 years
Maximum Age Limit after 05 Years General Relaxation: Up to 35 years

- No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test/interview.
