Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Line Departments:
- Work closely with PDMA/DDMA for obtaining necessary NOCs and MOUs.
- Project Activity Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Oversee the execution of project activities ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assessment:
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor project progress.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the project activities.
- Report Writing:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status.
- Document findings and make recommendations for future actions.
- Project Completion Report:
- Compile and submit a detailed project completion report at the end of the project.
- Ensure all project objectives and outcomes are accurately documented.
