POSITION VACANT: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

KADO, a hybrid not-for-profit organization blending modern and indigenous approaches for sustainable development, is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including donors, partners, and community leaders to create sustainable development pathways.
- Oversee fundraising opportunities, work on resource mobilization, and build new partnerships.
- Foster Entrepreneurship, digital livelihoods, women empowerment, inclusion of PWDs, and skill development.
- Navigate the challenges of climate adversities, gender disparities, and economic frameworks.
- Collaborate with government bodies and international partners to further KADO's impact.
- Must possess knowledge and understanding of Start-ups ecosystems, incubation, and co-working.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Degree in Business, Economics, Developmental Studies, CS/IT, Social Sciences, or related fields coupled with at least 7 years of experience in a high-level managerial role with a well-known organization.
- For those with a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant fields, a minimum of 8 years of experience is required.
- Proven leadership and management skills in a non-profit or development sector.
- Strong understanding of cultural, social, and economic dynamics of Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills commitment to KADO's mission of sustainable development and community empowerment.
