Rahnuma Family Planning Association of Pakistan (R-FPAP) is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and drive the organization towards its next phase of growth and impact. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in advancing R-FPAP's mission and strategic objectives, serving as the organization's principal spokesperson and championing its cause within a global network of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of R-FPAP's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.

  2. Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of R-FPAP, including budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation to support programmatic initiatives and organizational sustainability.

  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with civil society organizations, government agencies, corporate partners, and intergovernmental bodies to advance R-FPAP's goals and garner support for its initiatives.

  4. Advocacy: Advocate for sexual and reproductive health rights and family planning issues at both national and international forums, influencing policy and driving systemic change.

  5. Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to R-FPAP's staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D./M.Phil/MS in Social Sciences with 12 years of experience in governance and organizational management, or 16 years of education in Social Sciences with 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience: Proven leadership experience in sexual and reproductive health and family planning, demonstrating the ability to drive organizational growth and impact.

  • Management Skills: Strong managerial acumen, with the ability to oversee complex operations, mobilize resources, and inspire teams towards achieving shared objectives.

  • Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the capacity to articulate R-FPAP's mission, vision, and impact to diverse stakeholders.

  • Age Limit: The applicant should not exceed 62 years of age on the closing date of application (22nd April 2024).
