Application Guidelines:

a. Online Application: Interested candidates must apply online by visiting the NDU Website (www.ndu.edu.pk).

b. Contract Basis: All the mentioned posts shall be filled purely on a contract basis.

c. Quota for Disabled Persons: A 2% quota for disabled persons will be considered.

d. Detailed Information: Complete details of posts/ Terms of Reference (ToRs) are available on the NDU website.

e. NOC/DPC for Government Employees: In-service/government employees are required to submit NOC/DPC duly signed by the concerned authorities.

f. HEC Rules/Regulations: For Faculty Positions on OG Pay Scales, HEC Rules/Regulations shall be applicable.

g. Preference for Research Methodology: Applicants for faculty positions with qualifications/specialization in research methodology will be given preferences.

h. Deadline: Applications that are incomplete (in any case) or received after the due date shall not be entertained. The last date of application submission is 8th April, 2024.

i. Prescribed Qualification & Experience: Applicants who do not have the prescribed Qualification & Experience should kindly abstain from applying, as their applications will not be considered.

j. Selection Process: Only short-listed candidates shall be called for Interview/Test. No TA/DA shall be admissible.

k. Application Labeling: Applicants must mention the name of the "Post Applied For" on the right top corner of the envelope.

l. Terms & Conditions: Any clause not included in the above-mentioned terms & conditions shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of NDU Statutes (where applicable).

m. Flexibility in Post Numbers: The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any or all of the advertised posts, and the decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
