Bus Collision in GB

Let me begin with telling you that what is the reason behind the West that they are progressing day by day. The reason is very trivial for us but a thought-provoking as well. Their progress lies in a fact that they even find opportunities in the unnatural and natural disasters and tragedies.
Unlikely to the West instead of learning something from catastrophes we, Pakistani, count the tragedies as part of destiny which has been already written by Allah almighty.
I think, this is the prime reason that has been hampering us to constitute any kind of efficient and result oriented institutions.
Allow me to give a different instance. Dr. Richard Shepherd, who has been serving as a forensic Pathologist in Britain for a long time, pens some eye-opening facts in his book u
Unnatural Causes.
The book discloses the competency of Dr. Richard. Dr. Richard was investigating a train collision in Britain.surprisingly, the investigation not only fixed responsibility but also held accountable of the concerned authorities. It did also provide an opportunity for the train , traffic police and hospital authorities to look into their polices that how did their policy fail, what went wrong and how such incidents can be stopped in future.
It might have taken many years but, soon, the train authority confidently announced to have a smoothed journey in future.
Sadly, the saga is different then the West. We also constitute commission to find out the root cause of any incident but the time to reap outcomes never see.
Nonetheless, what Gilgit Baltistan missing ,right now, the effective and result based institutions in the region. The bus collision in Chilas which has taken 26 precious lives and leaving several injured has disclosed the fact that government is doing nothing to make institutions strong. Indeed, the tragedy is the failure of government institutions which were responsible to check the fitness of the transports.
Unfortunately in GB ,there is no such active institution which can check the fitness of the transports running in the region.
Let me end up my discussion with asking some questions to the concerned authorities:
Isn't it the government responsibility to provide a safe and clean transports to the citizens?
Will the government investigate the matter and fix the people accountable and learn from this heart rending accident? Will the government be providing safe and healthy buses in future?
Will the government take the immediate action of inspecting the outdated buses? Will the buses will be safer and better than before in future?
Only taking serious consideration on the aforementioned asked questions can ensure a better and safe transport system in future.
