1. General Manager Marketing

   Job Specifications:

   Educational Qualification:

   • Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration and/or E-commerce.
   • Preference will be given to candidates with degrees/certifications in the aviation/airline industry.

   Work Experience:

   • Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 03 years at a senior management position in managing marketing functions, analytics, brand loyalty development, consumer research, competitor analysis, etc.
   • Experience in the Aviation/Airline Industry is mandatory.

   Skills Required:

   • Result-oriented approach with skills in negotiation and decision-making.
   • Strong communication and analytical skills.
   • Devising, formulating, and implementing strategies in planning and execution of decisions.
   • Ability to devise short and long-term strategies to achieve goals.
   • Collect and interpret consumer data for short-term and long-term planning.
   • Adaptability to rapid changes and ability to respond to them promptly and adequately.

   Operations Engineer

   Qualification:

   • 2nd Class/B Grade/Equivalent CGPA B.E or B.Sc (Engg) Aerospace/Avionics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics from a recognized university. OR
   • B.Sc (Physics/Mathematics) with an aircraft maintenance engineer’s license on any aircraft in category A or C.

   Skills/Special Requirements:

   • Candidate must possess working knowledge of MS Office.
   • Knowledge of Aircraft performance will be preferred.

   Experience:

   • 03 (three) years Operation engineering experience in the airline will be preferred.

   Maximum Age:

   • Maximum 30 years as on the last date of advertisement, for the position.

   Note:

   • They will be hired on a contract basis for 2 (two) years (Extendable on the basis of performance).
   • Positions will be filled purely on a merit basis.
   • Number of vacancies: 04
   • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
