POSITION VACANT; MANAGING DIRECTOR NATCO The Northern Areas Transport Corporation NATCO provides shipping services passenger and cargo to and from Gilgit Baltistan. NATCO is seeking an able and energizing prospect to fill the place of Managing Director on a declaration basis for a stop of three years.
Minimum Qualification; Masters Degree in Business Administration from an HEC recognized university or an equal constituted reserve from a reputed university will be an added advantage. Required Experience; Minimum of 15 years with at least 05 years as an elder four in hand in logistics/supply chain as well as earlier in any bear company.
Experienced in handling compound operations, exigency situations, procurement/tendering, human resource, forte and standard management, remediable and tending of a large fleet, store management as well as fiscal management, and operations of dry and liquefied cargo, including an entanglement of fuel stations, rider operations, terminals management, and messenger operations. Assessment Criteria; Documentary show of have was required in the following fields; Handling a compound composing of fleet and human resourcefulness management.
Developing/enhancing concern in the collective sector. Handling complex/emergency situations with prise to operations and any other time oriented tasks.
Handling procurable related to fleet consumables as well as parts,' universal items, noeses of PPRA regulations,' Motor Vehicle Ordinance,' N.H.A Rules, long/short term agreements/MoUs. Achievements in the field of logistics/supply chain as a senior level manager,' mentioning time oriented targets.
Experienced in operating an in house store and commercialized staff, fleet repairing,' and direction system. Fuel and in house filling stations direction and operations.
Passenger services in terms of economical routes, scheduling of crew and fleet, executing of strategies for increasing customers and revenues. Required Skills; Skills set had been analyzed finished a statute test; Strong and transformational leadership.
Problem solving and decision making. Strategy and management.
Communication with stakeholders. Age Limit; 50 years max.
