Eligibility Requirements: To be considered for an internship at UNICEF, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. degree program or have graduated within the past two years.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in at least one of UNICEF's working languages: English, French, or Spanish. Fluency in the office's working language is essential.
  • Demonstrated excellent academic performance, supported by recent university or institution records.
  • No immediate relatives (e.g., father, mother, brother, sister) employed in any UNICEF office.
  • No other relatives in the line of authority to whom the intern will report.
