FPSC NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
SUBJECT: RECRUITMENT TO THE TWENTY-NINE POSTS OF PRINCIPALS/HEADMASTERS/SENIOR TEACHERS/INSTRUCTORS (MALE) (BS-18), EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, GILGIT BALTISTAN, MINISTRY OF KASHMIR AFFAIRS AND GILGIT BALTISTAN
In reference to online applications and subsequent participation in the Written (Descriptive) Test, the following 146 candidates, whose Names & Roll No’s are provided, are advised to submit attested copies of the required documents within 15 days of this Notice on the FPSC website:
- Bio-data form duly signed and filled in completely (Already enclosed/attached with Notice issued by Registered Post/ Email).
- Two Photographs.
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Matric (showing date of birth) & Intermediate Certificates issued by Secretary, BISE.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the HEC and above degrees (if any).
- B.Ed. (Hons)/B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the HEC.
- Result Cards/Transcripts/DMCs etc. showing CGPA/Grade/Division and the exact date of declaration of results.
- Experience Certificates with detailed Job descriptions and exact dates/duration as per Experience Format ‘Annex-A’ (available on FPSC’s website) with proof of it being a regular/full-time paid job issued by CEO/Manager (HR) Director (Admin) / HR), (for private Firm / Organization concerned with their CNIC No. Address, Phone No.) and for Govt. Jobs/Experience issued by an Authorized Officer of BS-19 and above officer of the Department concerned.
- Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
- In the case of a Government Servant, the Original Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) complete in all respects issued by an authorized officer of the controlling department.
- Equivalence Certificate from HEC in case of possessing a foreign degree or a degree other than the advertised one.
As per Para 16 (B) (ii) of General Instructions to the candidates, only Eight Seven (87) top merit eligible candidates will be preselected for an interview. It is cautioned that requisitioning of the documents for determining your eligibility does not vest any right in you for the post until you are pre-selected on the basis of merit and the relevant Provincial/Regional quota. Failure to submit these documents within the stipulated period will result in the rejection of your candidature for the captioned post, and no alibi or excuse shall be entertained subsequently.
