Job Purpose:
To provide support to the Human Resources department in all matters related to learning and development.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  1. Identify staff training and development needs.
  2. Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions.
  3. Design and deliver updated training materials reflecting company developments.
  4. Maintain training materials in line with changes in company policies and procedures.
  5. Deliver basic HR trainings, including the orientation of new joiners.
  6. Ensure employees receive required statutory training.
  7. Monitor present and future training trends in the sector and make recommendations to management.
  8. Coach core and regional associates on updated HR practices.
  9. Monitor post-training progress and update the training records of all associates.
  10. Provide ongoing support to different regional managers as required.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Functional Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships.
  • Ability to function as a team player.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Master’s in HR/Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • At least 02 years of professional experience.
