Job Purpose:
To provide support to the Human Resources department in all matters related to learning and development.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Identify staff training and development needs.
- Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions.
- Design and deliver updated training materials reflecting company developments.
- Maintain training materials in line with changes in company policies and procedures.
- Deliver basic HR trainings, including the orientation of new joiners.
- Ensure employees receive required statutory training.
- Monitor present and future training trends in the sector and make recommendations to management.
- Coach core and regional associates on updated HR practices.
- Monitor post-training progress and update the training records of all associates.
- Provide ongoing support to different regional managers as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Functional Skills:

- Ability to maintain good working relationships.
- Ability to function as a team player.
Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s in HR/Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 02 years of professional experience.
