Key Responsibilities – Regional Lead Zindigi Prize
1. Drive Zindigi Prize Initiatives: Drive all Zindigi Prize initiatives within the assigned region, ensuring achievement of participation, partnership, onboarding and growth targets.
2. Partnership Development: Develop and manage partnerships with universities, incubation centres, innovation hubs, accelerators, and student organizations.
3. Regional Activations: Lead regional activations including roadshows, workshops, startup awareness sessions, competitions, and promotional campaigns to maximize engagement.
4. Financial Inclusion Drives: Plan and execute account opening drives and financial inclusion campaigns to achieve assigned acquisition & activation targets.
5. University Digitization: Promote and facilitate university digitization initiatives, including cashless campuses, digital payments, fee digitization, student onboarding, alumni digitization, and other fintech solutions.
6. Team Management: Manage Campus Directors, ambassadors, and student leaders to support regional objectives.
7. Performance Tracking: Track regional KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend strategies to improve participation, engagement, and growth.
