Key Eligibility Criteria
1. Field Assistant (PPS-2) – Rs. 40,000:
• Qualification: F.Sc. Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering or equivalent from recognized Board
• Age: Maximum 35 Years
• Preference: Computer literate candidates with field work experience
• Posts: 08 vacancies
2. Field Assistant (PPS-1) – Rs. 37,000:
• Qualification: Matric with Science from recognized Board
• License: Valid LTV/HTV Driving License mandatory
• Age: Maximum 35 Years
• Preference: Computer literate with field work experience
• Posts: 11 vacancies
• Special Requirement: Must be able to drive mobile laboratory vehicle in field
Important Instructions & Terms

2. Documents Required: Applicants shall submit applications along with CV, attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, driving license (for PPS-1), and 2x recent photographs.

4. Contract Basis: All appointments will be made on contract basis for the project period.
5. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
6. Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 35 years for both positions. No age relaxation mentioned.
7. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. List will be displayed on official website.
8. Original Documents: Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
9. Domicile: Preference will be given to candidates having Punjab domicile.

Job Responsibilities – Field Assistants
Field Assistant (PPS-2):
• Assist in soil sample collection from farmers' fields
• Operate mobile laboratory equipment under supervision
• Data entry and record keeping of soil test results
• Assist scientists in soil fertility analysis
• Field surveys and farmer interaction
Field Assistant (PPS-1):
• Drive mobile laboratory vehicle to different locations in Punjab
• Assist in loading/unloading of soil testing equipment
• Help in soil sample collection and handling
• Vehicle maintenance and logbook management
• Support field team during soil fertility surveys
