Post-wise Details & Eligibility
1. Chief Procurement Officer – 01 Post – Salary Rs. 525,000:
• Highest paid position in PSCA contract hiring
Responsible for all procurement, PPRA compliance, tendering, contract management
Qualification as per PSCA website: MBA/Masters in Supply Chain, Finance, Management or relevant (check detailed JD at psca.gop.pk/career)
Experience in public sector procurement preferred
2. Executive Officer (Procurement) – 01 Post – Salary Rs. 323,810:
• Assist CPO in procurement planning and execution
PPRA rules, bid evaluation, vendor management
Qualification: Masters in Procurement/Supply Chain/Management
Experience in government procurement
3. Executive Officer (Finance) – 01 Post – Salary Rs. 323,810:
• Financial management, budgeting, audit, accounts
Qualification: CA/ACCA/MBA Finance/M.Com
Experience in finance department of autonomous body
4. Deputy Executive Officer (LTE/4G) – 01 Post – Salary Rs. 200,000:
• Technical position for PPIC3 Lahore
LTE/4G network management, telecom infrastructure
Qualification: BSc Engineering (Telecom/Electronics/Computer), MS preferred
Experience in telecom operators, LTE/4G operations
5. Non Linear Editor (NLE) – 01 Post – Salary Rs. 100,000:
• Video editing for Safe City surveillance footage, media cell
Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Mass Communication, Media Sciences
Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Edius

ix. In case of exigency, number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without any notice.
x. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
xi. Candidates selected for an interview will be required to provide information, including relevant documentation, experience certificates, and qualifications, etc.
xii. In case of final selection HEC verified degree/transcript will be required.
xiii. Subsequent tests and interviews will be conducted by the Authority.
xiv. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
