Knowledge of labour legislation, occupational health & safety and environmental protection. Good analytical, communication and organizational skills. High level of responsibility and discipline. Knowledge of industrial sewing equipment and garment production machinery. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs. Knowledge of industrial and fire safety regulations. Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other basic computer applications. Practical skills in using hand tools and measuring instruments. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. English proficiency (basic Russian will be an added advantage). Age: 24 to 40 Years |

Term & Conditions – Tajikistan Employment 2026
• Nature of Employment: Contractual.
Place of Work: On-site, Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
The employer will provide:
Visa facilitation.
Accommodation.
Meals in accordance with local norms (Lunch only)
Annual contract on an 11+1 basis (11 months of work with one month of paid leave).
Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements prescribed by the employer.
Basic knowledge of Russian will be considered an added advantage for all categories.
