Eligibility Criteria – Junior Engineer NGC
1. Qualification: BE/BSc Engineering in Electrical or Electronics from HEC recognized Universities.
2. CGPA/Division: Minimum 1st Division or 2.5 or above CGPA.
3. PEC Registration: Valid PEC registration is mandatory.
4. Age Limit: Maximum 28 years on closing date. 5 years general age relaxation already included. Further age relaxation as per Government rules.
5. HEC Equivalence: Candidates must possess relevant-degree/equivalence recognized by HEC. Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply.

Step 1: Visit National Testing Service (NTS) website: www.nts.org.pk
Step 2: Download Application Form and Deposit Slip for "NGC Junior Engineer"
Step 3: Deposit test fee of Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred & Fifty Only) in any online branch of MCB, HBL, ABL, or Meezan Bank through deposit slip
Step 4: Fill online Application Form at NTS website with correct information
Step 5: Send filled Application Form along with original deposit slip and 2 passport size photographs to: National Testing Service (NTS), Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad
Step 6: Send via Courier Service / Pakistan Post before 20 July 2026
Step 7: NTS will issue Roll Number Slips for written test on website
Instructions and General Conditions
i. Candidates are advised to apply online on prescribed Application Form available on NTS website. Application forms/Fees Challan must reach NTS Islamabad on or before last date.
ii. Candidates must possess relevant-degree/equivalence recognized by HEC. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
iii. Photocopies of educational documents / experience certificates are not required at this stage.
iv. Test fee of Rs. 650/- as prescribed by NTS must be deposited.
v. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. No TA/DA will be allowed.
vi. Candidates appearing in interview must bring original credentials: CNIC, educational certificates duly verified by HEC, verified copies of experience certificates, PEC registration card/certificate, departmental NOC if government servant.
vii. Contact NTS for queries regarding written test, roll number slips, test centers, results etc.
viii. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect & misleading information shall be disqualified at any stage, even after employment, with cost.
ix. Candidates weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds or dismissed/debarred from future employment are not eligible.
x. Candidates applying against minority or disability quota must produce minority/disability certificate from authority concerned.
xi. Selected candidates will be offered lump-sum pay-package on perpetual employment contract with performance-based progression and termination provisions.
xii. Selected candidates will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company.
xiii. NGC reserves the right to increase or decrease number of posts or withhold recruitment process at any stage.

Important Announcement – Biometric Verification
Biometric attendance / verification of all the shortlisted / eligible candidates will be carried out at NTS Test Centers before the start of the written test. Therefore, all the applicants are required to get their finger prints updated in NADRA System otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the written test.
