Terms & Conditions
1. Contract Period: Selected candidates will be hired initially for contract period of 3 x year (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
2. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Disqualification: Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. Age Relaxation: 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit. Max age 37 years includes relaxation.
6. Documents Required: Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
7. Government Employees: Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
8. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
9. HEC Attestation: Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.

Key Eligibility Criteria Summary
Position: AD Technical (Assistant Director Technical) – 01 Post
Age: Maximum 37 Years (5 years relaxation already included)
Education: BS (4 Years) in Software Engineering / IT / Computer Sciences / Telecommunication / Information Security from HEC recognized university
Experience: Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in IT Databases, support or network/system administration. Preferably 5 years in communication and networks
Location: Islamabad
Contract: 3 years extendable with 6-month probation

Key Responsibilities – AD Technical
As AD Technical at NTL, you will:
• Maintain and secure NADRA's IT infrastructure and databases
• Convert business requirements into technical architectures
• Coordinate with developers, testers, infrastructure teams during implementation
• Manage database performance tuning and root-cause analysis
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines
• Provide technical support to end users for IT services
• Execute technology programs and resolve technical dependencies
