Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies
Professional Experience:
• Minimum 3x Year post qualification experience in relevant field
Skills & Competencies:
• Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies
• Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status
• Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network
• Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees
• Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards
• Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships
• Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools

Terms & Conditions
1. Contract Period: Selected candidates will be hired initially for contract period of 3 x year (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
2. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Disqualification: Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. Documents Required: Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
6. Government Employees: Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
7. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
8. HEC Attestation: Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.

Job Responsibilities – Business Executive
As Senior Associate/Business Executive at NTL, you will:
• Manage and expand NADRA franchise network in assigned territory
• Monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with NADRA SOPs
• Conduct field visits for verification and training of new franchisees
• Achieve business targets for NADRA services (CNIC, FRC, etc.)
• Liaison with corporate clients and stakeholders
• Prepare performance reports for management
