Position: OFFICER – IT SUPPORT
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary

Eligibility Criteria
