1. Experience Definition: "Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
2. Application Mode: Applicants are required to apply online via HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No need to send hard copy of C.V. and documents.

4. Test Centers: Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
5. Shortlisting: All applications are processed on the basis of information/data provided by applicants through online profile. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
6. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
7. Government Servants: Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
8. Experience Not Counted: Experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee (as part of study) will not be considered/counted as experience.
9. Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
10. HEC Rights: HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
