FPSC invites applications against following fixed term positions, purely on Contract Basis, for a PSDP funded project initially for 01 Year and extendable on satisfactory performance for another year or till completion of project, whichever is earlier.

1. Project Director (PPS-10) – 01 Post
| Qualification / Experience |

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in project management, particularly in the field of IT Knowledge of government regulations, policies, and procedures related to IT systems Strong leadership and communication skills Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferrable A minimum of 17 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on government projects Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Familiarity with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices Demonstrated ability to align IT projects with organizational objectives and priorities |
2. QA Manager (PPS-8) – 01 Post

Terms & Conditions
1. Merit Basis: All posts will be filled on Open Merit basis. Domicile / Quota for all Posts: Merit
2. Application Process: Applicants are required to apply online using https://fpsc.gov.pk/ within 15 days from publication of advertisement.
3. Documents: Original testimonials alongwith an attested copy of CNIC, educational certificates, Degrees, Experience Certificates, Certificates of Trainings/Courses and other supporting documents must be produced at the time of interview or when asked.
4. Experience Count: Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Part time, honorary, apprentice, or internee positions will not be considered/counted as experience.
5. Government Employees: Those already in Government/Semi Government service should apply through proper channel.
6. Contract Terms: Appointments will be on contract basis for one year, extendable on satisfactory completion for another one year or till completion of the project whichever is earlier. In case of unsatisfactory performance, service can be terminated with 15 days' prior notice.
7. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interviews.
