As per Govt. of Punjab Notification No. SO(EP&C)2-2/2026 dated 30.06.2026 and subsequent amendments vide No.SO(EP&C)2-2/2026(i) dated 17.03.2026, applications are invited for recruitment of Senior Control Room staff on contract basis for a period of 89 days, extendable subject to performance and requirement.

Eligibility Criteria – Senior Control Room PPS-04
1. Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc / ICS) from any recognized board. Candidates with 1-year Diploma in Computer Science (DCS) or equivalent will be preferred.
2. Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years as on closing date. Age relaxation as per Punjab Govt. policy.
3. Domicile: Punjab domicile holders only. Preference to local district candidates.
4. Gender: 12 Posts for Male & 12 Posts for Female – Equal opportunity.
5. Skills Required:
• Computer proficiency – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Typing speed in English & Urdu
Knowledge of Windows, Android, internet, email
Data entry and MIS reporting
Communication skills for emergency coordination
Key Responsibilities – Senior Control Room
1. Monitor hospital emergency control room 24/7 on shift basis
2. Receive and log emergency calls, patient admissions, ambulance coordination
3. Maintain digital records of OPD, Emergency, IPD patients in HMIS/Dashboard
4. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, wards, pharmacy, lab for patient management
5. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for MS and Health Department
6. Operate CCTV, PABX, wireless systems, and hospital software
7. Handle patient queries and complaint management system
8. Ensure data accuracy for PITB Dashboard and S&GAD reporting
Terms & Conditions
1. Contract Period: Initial recruitment on contract basis for 89 days, extendable based on performance and requirement.
2. Pay Scale: PPS-04 as per Punjab Govt. Project Pay Scale policy.
3. Test/Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for typing test, computer proficiency test, and interview. No TA/DA admissible.
4. Documents Required: Original CNIC, Domicile, Educational Certificates, DCS Diploma, Experience Certificates, 2x photos at time of interview.
5. Government Employees: Must provide NOC from department.
6. Age Relaxation: As per Punjab Govt. policy for female, minority, and disabled candidates.
7. Disqualification: False information or incomplete documents will lead to disqualification at any stage.
8. Last Date: Applications must reach by 29.07.2026. Late applications will not be entertained.
