Eligibility Criteria
1. Education: FA, FSC, ICS or Minimum Intermediate from recognized board. Candidates with Bachelor's degree will have added advantage.
2. Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills are mandatory. Must be fluent in Urdu and English. Regional languages are a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Act as primary point of contact for retail customers at branch level
- Promote and cross-sell banking products - Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, UBL Digital, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, Bancassurance
- Achieve assigned business targets - Monthly and quarterly targets for deposits, accounts, cards, and other products
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions as per UBL service standards
- KYC & Compliance: Ensure all account opening and transactions comply with SBP regulations and AML/KYC policies
- Digital Banking: Promote UBL Digital App, Internet Banking, and digital onboarding to customers

Basic Salary: Rs. 45,000 - 75,000 per month depending on qualification and location
