Position: Counter Service Officer - CSO

Key Responsibilities of Counter Service Officer
- Handling of Teller Services at Counters: Cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, utility bills, and all over-the-counter customer transactions
- Ensure Strict Compliance to SBP / HO Instructions: Follow State Bank of Pakistan regulations and Head Office policies for all banking operations
- Handle All Types of Clearing/Collection: Process Inward, Outward, Same day, Intercity, local bills, foreign bills, and cheque clearing
- Issuance of Banker Cheques & FDD / FTT: Issue Banker's Cheques, Foreign Demand Drafts, and Fund Transfer Transactions on customer's request while fulfilling all required formalities
- KYC & AML Compliance: Ensure that KYC - Know Your Customer & AML - Anti Money Laundering guidelines are fulfilled before processing transactions
- Customer Service: Provide efficient, courteous service to walk-in customers. Handle queries and complaints professionally
- Daily Balancing: Balance cash at end of day. Report discrepancies immediately
