3. Experience: Part-time, honorary, self-employed, apprentice, or internee experience will not be counted
4. Foreign Degree: Equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided for foreign degrees
5. Result Awaiting: Result awaiting candidates are not eligible to apply
6. Vacancies: Number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without notice
7. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
8. HEC Verification: In case of final selection, HEC verified degree/transcript will be required
9. Tests/Interviews: Subsequent tests and interviews will be conducted by the Authority
10. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be admissible for test/interview
11. PSCA Rights: PSCA reserves the right to accept/reject an application or halt recruitment process at any time
