✔️ Operations Management: Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Engineering to deliver "Timeless Luxury".
✔️ Revenue & Budgeting: Manage P&L, optimize revenue streams, control costs, and achieve business targets for the Hunza property.
✔️ Brand Standards: Maintain PC Hotels & Resorts luxury brand standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
✔️ Team Leadership: Build and develop high-performing teams across all departments in a remote luxury destination.
✔️ Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences in one of Pakistan's most scenic tourist destinations.
✔️ Health & Safety: Implement and monitor health, safety, and regulatory compliance as per hospitality standards.

Eligibility Criteria – Hotel Manager PC Hunza 2026
Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years progressive hospitality experience. Must have at least 5 years in senior hotel leadership role such as GM, EAM, Hotel Manager, or Operations Manager.
Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, guest relations, team management, P&L responsibility, brand standards compliance.
Location: Willing to relocate and work in Attabad, Hunza.
