Eligibility Criteria – Orange Tulip Scholarship
1. Nationality: You must be a citizen of a country participating in OTS. Requirements differ by country.
2. Academic: Meet the admission requirements of the Dutch university for Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
3. Background: Cannot have a degree from a Dutch education institution or have studied/worked in the Netherlands before.
4. English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0-7.0 or TOEFL equivalent, depending on program.
