Eligibility Criteria - Accounts Officer
- Education: M.Com, MBA Finance, or ICMA from HEC recognized university. Minimum 2nd Division required. Must be regular student - private candidates not eligible
- Skills: Computer literate with hands-on experience in accounting software like QuickBooks, Peachtree, Tally, or ERP systems
- Experience: At least 2 years post-qualification experience in accounts, finance, or audit in a reputed school, college, or organization
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on closing date
- Other: Preference to candidates with experience in educational institutions
Job Responsibilities - Expected
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records of the college
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle fee collection, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting to Principal
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and government regulations
- Use accounting software for data entry and financial management
- Assist in annual audit and coordinate with external auditors
