Job Requirements – Deputy Assistant Director (Legal) NADRA
Responsibilities & Skills:
1. Legal Frameworks: Support the drafting and revision of rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for government approval.
2. Compliance: Help implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy, and security regulations.
3. Legal Research: Conduct research and provide legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA’s functions.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
5. Documentation: Support in preparation of reports, recommendations, and legal documents to support senior management decisions.
6. Legal Opinions: Assist in preparing legal opinions on policy, compliance, and regulatory matters to guide decision-making.
7. Subject Knowledge: Good understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy.
8. Core Skills: Possess research, analytical, legal drafting, and opinion writing skills, with a good command of written and verbal communication.
Terms & Conditions – NADRA Jobs 2026
1. Contract Period: Initial contract for 6 months, extendable upon satisfactory performance and organizational requirement.
2. Posting Location: NADRA Headquarters, G-5/2, Islamabad.
3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Disqualification: Candidates providing false information will be disqualified at any stage.
5. NOC Required: Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC at time of application.
6. Age Relaxation: Maximum age 30 years including 5 years general age relaxation.
7. HEC Verification: Degrees must be verified by HEC. Degrees must be attested by relevant regulatory bodies at time of joining.
8. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must provide medical fitness certificate and character certificate.
9. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
10. Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smart watches, and electronic devices are not allowed during test/interview.
11. Female Encouraged: Women, minorities, and disabled persons are encouraged to apply.
