Position: IT Trainee Officer - IT/Computer Science
MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for its IT Trainee Officer Program Batch 2026. This is a flagship entry-level program for fresh Computer Science and IT graduates to build careers in Islamic banking technology.
Education Requirements
- Degree: Minimum 4 years of Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Major: Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber Security or equivalent
- University: From HEC recognized institution or accredited foreign university
- Preferred Universities: Fresh Graduates from FAST, NUST, PUCIT, ITU or 1st tier universities are encouraged to apply
Experience
- Preferred but not required
- This program is designed for fresh graduates. No prior work experience needed
- Internships, final year projects, and certifications are a plus

- Software Development - Core banking applications, mobile apps, web development
- System Administration - Server management, Linux/Windows systems, Active Directory
- IT Support - Helpdesk, branch IT support, user assistance
- Data Center Monitoring - 24/7 NOC operations, infrastructure monitoring
- IT Infrastructure - Networks, hardware, data center management
- Digital Banking - Internet banking, mobile banking, fintech integration
- ADC Channels - ATM, POS, CDM, and alternate delivery channels
- Information and Cyber Security - SOC operations, vulnerability management, compliance
