What Does Alternate Nomination Mean
1. Second Merit List: When originally selected candidates do not join due to better offers, medical issues, or personal reasons, FPSC recommends next candidates from waiting/merit list.
2. Equal Status: Alternate candidates have the same status as original selectees. They will be appointed as regular BS-16 Trained Graduate Teachers.
3. Immediate Action Required: Alternate nominees must complete documentation and joining formalities quickly, usually within 15-30 days of offer letter.
