Vacant Positions – AKRSP Diamer Chilas 2026
1. Field Education Officer – Diamer (01 Position)
Education: Masters Degree (16 Years) in educational leadership, ECD, teacher education, school improvement, or educational/ECD evaluation.
Required Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience across education/ECD (children aged 0-3 years, pre-primary to primary levels, or teacher education), along with knowledge of the government education/ECD sector.
Key Responsibilities: Support school improvement plans, train teachers in ECD and early grade teaching, implement education projects, coordinate with government education departments, monitor learning outcomes for children aged 0-8 years, and strengthen community-based education in Diamer.
2. Work and Enterprise Officer – Diamer (01 Position)
Education: MBA / Master’s Degree in Economics
Required Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Economic/Market Development or related activities, preferably both in development and the private sector. Knowledge of Entrepreneurship, Value Chain, Market Development, Youth Development and Women’s Development.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise development initiatives, support youth and women entrepreneurs, conduct market assessments and value chain analysis, facilitate business training, link micro-enterprises with markets, and promote economic opportunities in Diamer district.
