🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering or Master’s in Public Administration from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Experience: 5–10 years in senior project management roles, preferably in similar nature projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 63 years at the time of appointment.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, computer applications, and M&E systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution within approved scope, cost, and timeline.
- Ensure compliance with GFRs, procurement and contract rules.
- Monitor inputs, processes, and outputs to prevent time/cost overruns.
- Implement robust M&E frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports and PC-III/IV documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external partners.
