🌟 About the Role
The COO will be based at AKRSP’s Head Office in Gilgit and will play a critical role in steering the organization’s operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager/CEO, the COO will:
- Oversee programme implementation through Regional Programme Managers and Project Managers
- Ensure quality delivery, strategic coordination, and operational efficiency
- Represent AKRSP at donor and government forums in the absence of the General Manager/CEO

AKRSP is looking for a high-calibre individual who brings:
- ✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant managerial experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- ✅ Proven ability to manage multiple programmes with agility and strategic foresight
- ✅ A Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
