Key Responsibilities

    • Establish strong relationships with government agencies and international partners such as WHO, UNICEF, and WFP to drive program objectives.
  2. Field Activity Management

    • Plan, implement, and monitor field activities with comprehensive reporting to the District Coordinator.
    • Ensure field data collection adheres to organizational guidelines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  3. Supervision and Problem-Solving

    • Supervise health facilities and address gaps in MNCH and nutrition services in collaboration with District Health Management Teams (DHMT).
    • Develop and manage a referral system for malnourished children and high-risk pregnancies to ensure timely medical intervention.
  4. Data Collection and Reporting

    • Gather field data, ensure its accuracy, and report findings effectively to inform decision-making processes.
    • Use data to evaluate program progress and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Training and Capacity Building

    • Conduct capacity-building training sessions for field and healthcare staff to strengthen their knowledge of MNCH and nutrition guidelines and policies.
