Shakila Masnoon first female Executive Engineer at the PWD Gilgit-Baltistan

Shakila Masnoon has made history by becoming the first female Executive Engineer at the Public Works Department (PWD) headquarters in Gilgit-Baltistan. Previously serving as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at the Circle Office headquarters in Gilgit, her appointment to this prestigious role marks a significant milestone for women in the region.

Assuming her duties as the first-ever female Executive Engineer in the department, Shakila Masnoon expressed her pride and dedication to public service.
