1. Head of Education – Gilgit

The Head of Education will play a leadership role in shaping and overseeing the foundation’s education programs. This individual will be responsible for developing new content and curricula, leading teacher training programs, and managing education-related portfolios. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the government, private sector, academia, and international partners to ensure innovative approaches in education, such as STEM/STEAM learning and phenomena-based teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute education strategies and programs in line with the foundation’s mission.

  • Create and implement result-based monitoring and evaluation tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Education Management from a recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ECD and primary education.
  • Demonstrated experience with STEM/STEAM-based learning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

2. Prenatal Coordinator – Gilgit

The Prenatal Coordinator will manage maternal and child health programs with a focus on prenatal care. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and project teams to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and completing projects independently while maintaining strong interpersonal communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage prenatal care programs in the Gilgit-Baltistan region.

  • Maintain project documentation and monitor progress to meet goals.
  • Use MS Office tools to track project activities and generate reports.

Eligibility Criteria:
