Position Overview
Role: Human Resource Officer (Female)
Location: Regional Programme Office, Balistan
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource
Experience: Minimum of one year in HR functions
Skills: Proficient in MS Office with strong report writing and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Officer at AKRSP, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by:
Recruitment and Selection: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues with empathy and fairness, fostering a positive work environment.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and competencies.
HR Administration: Maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with AKRSP’s HR policies and procedures, and keeping abreast of labor laws and regulations.
