  1. Data Entry Operator (BPS-15)

    • Required Qualification: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is mandatory, along with a typing speed of at least 10,000 key depressions per hour. Candidates should be proficient in data entry operations and computer applications.

Application Process

  1. Eligibility: Candidates must meet the required qualifications, age limits, and experience for the position they are applying for, as mentioned in the advertisement. It is crucial that applicants carefully review the criteria for each position and ensure their eligibility before submitting their applications.

  2. Document Submission: Applicants are required to submit their applications along with all relevant documents, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and recent photographs, to the respective offices where the vacancy exists.   4. Receipt of Submission: Upon submitting the application, candidates should obtain a receipt from the respective office. This receipt will serve as proof of submission and must be presented during the test and interview phase.

  5. Interviews/Tests: Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the date, time, and venue for the interview and test. The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Gilgit-Baltistan, will not provide any TA/DA for attending the tests or interviews.

Terms and Conditions

  • Preference for Contractual Employees: Individuals who are already working on a contractual basis with the Local Government and Rural Development Department, Gilgit-Baltistan, will be given preference during the selection process. This provides an opportunity for existing employees to secure permanent positions.

  • Age Relaxation: The upper age limit may be relaxed in accordance with the government’s rules and regulations. Age relaxation will be granted as per the criteria established by the Local Government and Rural Development Department, Gilgit-Baltistan.
