- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field from a reputable public or private sector organization, particularly in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or telecom companies.
- Preference will be given to individuals with experience in Fixed and Wireless Communication, Radio Spectrum Management, and familiarity with standards such as IEEE, ITU, ETSI, and 3GPP/3GPP2.
- A working knowledge of 5G, OTT, Cloud Computing, IoT, and AI will be highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, particularly in English.

- Master’s degree in HRM, MBA (HR), LLM, or MPA with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or 75% marks in an annual system from a recognized university.
- Candidates must be proficient in basic computer skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in BPS-16 or an equivalent position in the public or private sector.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multinational corporations.
